Tracey Gough – Managing Director / Senior Consultant
Tracey Gough established Aviation Management Solutions in August 2016 and has a diverse background is aircraft maintenance, technical services, manual development, auditing and quality and safety compliance and has been in the aviation industry since 1989.
Prior to founding Aviation Management Solutions, she worked with an aircraft maintenance organisation as an Administration Manager for Marker Aviation Services Pty Ltd, a regional airline’s Head Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control (HAAMC) for Skytrans Pty Ltd and a Quality and Safety Manager for Skytek Pty Ltd.
With a wide range of knowledge in engineering and management within the aviation industry in excess of 27 years, Tracey Gough has been able to achieve a balance of strong practical background with an exceptional ability to handle complex maintenance planning, quality control systems that have identified her as a key person in the aviation sector.
Aviation Management Solutions was established to return to the industry the experience and knowledge to enhance other business to gain compliance requirements.
